JOB DESCRIPTION:
- provides management and development of e-learning education/training programmes
- development of content and support materials for Learning Management System training systems
- designs and tests training content and materials;
- coordinates the development of e-learning content and support materials
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- education/training specialist who identifies and analyses the specific training needs of beneficiaries;
- higher studies in social and human sciences
- minimum 1 year experience in education/training of trainers/educational design
- average digital skills, computer skills (text editing programs, images, web pages, e-learning content).
- English: intermediate/advanced level
TRAINER OF TRAINERS
Oradea
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- produces the content of training courses to be delivered on-site or online;
- delivers offline/online courses by coordinating the pedagogical training of teacher trainees;
- provides support to teachers in implementing course information.
- designs and tests training content and materials;
- promotes, recruits and organises groups of trainees according to the specific training needs of the beneficiaries
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- education/training specialist who identifies and analyses the specific training needs of beneficiaries;
- higher studies in social and human sciences
- ANC-recognised train-the-trainer course
- minimum 1 year experience in education/training of trainers
- average digital skills, computer skills (text, image and web editing software).
