Adolescent psychology and the unwritten letter
From puberty until late adolescence, humans experience many changes in their hormones, emotions, body and mind. He begins to question the world and life, he begins to discover who he really is. He starts to think about his future and his purpose in life, and he won’t make it as a successful adult if you don’t let him do anything on his own. The purpose of the parent is to support him, to watch him from the shadows and to be there in case he makes a mistake or when he makes decisions that can put him in danger.
This course covers some scientific aspects of adolescent psychology and methods of dealing with various conflict situations. It is aimed at those who want to build a harmonious relationship with teenagers.
The first chapter contains a brief description of the physiology of adolescence and some advice to help the adult understand and accept the child’s changes in behaviour.
Chapter II is written from the point of view of the teenager, with his needs and expectations.
The course is aimed at anyone who wants to have a harmonious relationship with children and adolescents.
