Increasing self-esteem and self-confidence doesn’t automatically make us superheroes, but it is the first step to better face everyday challenges and our most ambitious goals. Improving self-esteem is one of the fundamental steps in our personal growth journey. If we don’t believe in ourselves, how can we expect others to believe in us and our projects?
Low self-esteem can be a huge obstacle on the path to our dreams and goals. When we stop believing in ourselves, our potential and our abilities, the outside world and those around us start making decisions that would be up to us alone.
The course provides exercises and tips needed to improve self-esteem with positive effects in terms of personal growth and implementation of future projects.
The first chapter defines self-esteem and places it in the deficit area of the maturation process, then offers five effective actions that can really help.
Chapter two provides a practical course in five lessons.
Chapter three contains a series of exercises to help improve self-esteem and to promote self-esteem, with concrete advice, starting with the very young.
If we already have a healthy self-esteem from a young age, we can save ourselves a lot of trouble in the future.
The course is aimed at both young people and adults who realise that personal growth and maturation should not be hindered by ‘moving obstacles’.
